Five Day Workshops to Prepare Students for University Life

RAIDA High School and Learning Center is organising a series of workshops  targetting individuals who are entering University or tertiary education for the first time.

Purpose :  The purpose is to support first year students to manage challenges of the transition from a very protected environment of high school to an independent life and its challenges.

Some of the topics will include:

·         Setting your learning goals

·         Time management

·         Balancing social life and academics

·         Managing peer pressure

·         Stress management

·         Nurturing your spritual, mental and physical health

Mode  of Delivery

Each topic will be facilitated by experienced facilitators who will use animation and participatory approaches .
